Eneryda Gymmix is the small club with a wide range of training for all ages.
Get Started: Low-intensity full-body training. Simple movements, balance exercises, and light strength training.
Circuit Training: Strength and cardio training at different stations, with or without equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and barbells.
Intermediate Gym: A class that includes a bit of everything: strength, balance, cardio, and simple coordination exercises to great music.
Strength/Intervals: High variety in exercises, intensity, and interval length.
Flex/Core: A low-intensity interval-based class suitable for everyone. Focus on mobility and core stability.
Gentle Yoga: Simple yoga poses at a slow pace. Suitable for beginners.
Men’s Training (FOR MEN ONLY): Strength and cardio training with or without equipment.
Adults: 450 SEK per term
Children (0–19 years) and seniors (over 60): 250 SEK per term
Membership fee: 50 SEK for all of 2025
