Eneryda Volley

Eneryda Volley is a volleyball club based in Älmhult, Småland, Sweden. The club welcomes players of all ages, from young children to adults, and offers a wide range of training and recreational opportunities to promote volleyball and active participation in sports.

Teams & Age Groups

Eneryda Volley has programs for all ages and levels:

• Adult teams: Women’s (Dam) and Men’s (Herr) teams participate in regional leagues.

• Children & juniors: Programs such as Kidsvolley (ages 6–9) and Volleybompa (ages 3–5 with parents) introduce children to volleyball in a fun, playful way.

• Age-appropriate formats include 4 vs 4 games for younger players, as well as standard 6-player volleyball for older children and adults.

Activities & Features

• Introductory / Playful Programs: Volleybompa helps 3–5 year olds and their parents develop basic motor skills and enjoy playful activities inspired by volleyball.

• Kids Volleyball (Kidsvolley): Focuses on throwing, catching, moving, and basic volleyball techniques for children aged 6–9. Emphasis is on learning through fun and play.

• Team Volleyball (Youth / Junior / Adult): Teams participate in club and regional leagues, including the Sydsvenskan league for adult women’s teams.

• Community-Focused Participation: Programs are open to individuals, children with parental accompaniment, beginners, and experienced players alike. The club emphasizes inclusion and enjoyment.
